Do you accept Housing Benefit?

Housing benefit is considered on certain properties.

What are your fees?

Please see each individual property advertisement for application & credit/reference fees.

We charge landlords 50% plus VAT of the first full calendar month's rent as a Letting fee. If the landlord chooses to use our Management service, we charge a pre negotiated minimal percentage of the rent per calendar month.

What is the minimum contract term?

We use a minimum six-month Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement.

How much deposit do I have to pay?

The deposit is normally equivalent of the rent unless otherwise specified by the landlord.

How much rent could I expect to receive for my property?

Each rental amount varies from property to property taking into consideration area, size and standard of the property concerned. Therefore we would advise that our well informed consultants meet all perspective landlords at the fore mentioned property free of charge. The consultant would then be able to give a realistic rental figure of what he/she thinks could be achieved.

What are your viewing arrangements?

We do appointments on the hour, Monday to Saturday...
