Housing benefit is considered on certain properties.
What are your fees?
We do not charge any registration fees to Tenants. We charge a landlord 50% plus VAT of the first full calendar months rent as a Letting/Setting up fee. If the landlord chooses to use our Management service, we charge 10% of the rent per calendar month.
What is the minimum contract term?
We use a minimum six-month assured shorthold tenancy agreement.
How much deposit do I have to pay?
The deposit is the equivalent of the rent. ie if the rent is £400.00 the deposit will be £400.00.
How much rent could I expect to receive for my property?
We would not be able to give you a price until we had seen the property, therefore we would arrange for one of our consultants to meet you there free of charge. The consultant would then give you a realistic rental figure of what we think you could achieve.
What are your viewing arrangements?
We do appointments on the hour from 10am to 6pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 4pm on Saturday.
